Terms and Contitions

• Your reservation is confirmed by phone
• Always pretend a portion of the total booking amount and pay when you leave.
• From 1/1/18 there is a € 0.50 residence tax for the three keys per night charged to the resident customer and calculated separately from the room rate.

Payments

• Rates are based on two people - each extra person is charged with € 10 per night.
• Breakfast is included in the price.
• All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
• All older children or adults are charged 10 € per night per person for extra beds. The maximum capacity in the suites is four people.
• Any extra bed should be requested and confirmed.
• Check-in: Check-in takes place from 14:00. If you plan to arrive later than 23:00, please let us know.
• Check-out: The last check-out takes place at 12.00.

Cancellations

• If canceled up to 21 days before arrival, there is no refund
• Offer Booking period and if the customer reduces the length of his stay, we charged with 100% of the agreed overnight stays.
